Saturday At The Park

The weather was perfect today! You could actually say it is Spring and believe it. Mom had housework to do in the morning so me and Banjo played out in the backyard while she worked.

Banjo thinks he can take my stick.

I had to knock him down and take it back so he knows I'm boss.

Then after we ate lunch, mom took us on a long walk to the park.

Mom walks us with these long leashes where she can reel us in if she needs to.

There were lots of people playing at the park. Some were walking big dogs. We didn't know who they were so we stayed away from them cause they might be mean and like little doggy snacks.

After Banjo had a short rest, we walked to the other end of the park and sniffed some trees where p-mail had been left for us.

I had to explain to Banjo that no we can't go play with the kids on the swings cause we have places to go and things to sniff.

Please don't laugh at baby brother for wearing my old pink camo harness. Mom doesn't want to buy him his own til he is all done growing. She told him lots of boy dogs wear pink camo and he believed her!

Hi, Bijou!
You two had a pawesome day!
Going to the park sure was fun!
I like how Banjo looks with the pink camo harness. Your mom is right. With this thing of the economy is better to wait until he fully grows!

Looks like you guys had a fun day. We have been loving this nice weather too! And Banjo is secure enough in his masculinity to wear pink. :-)

I'm glad it's finally spring where you live! We have had two weeks in a row of nice weather, each followed by a crappy, rainy weekend. Apparently spring takes weekends off around here!
