I Thought He Was Tutored !

I don't think Banjo's tutoring did any good cause he is still humping me! Mom has started calling him, The Humpster. She thinks it is funny but I don't. I can't do anything without the little runt jumping on me. Just take a look at these pictures and you will see what I'm talking about!

Obviously he didn't learn his lessons. I asked mom if he could be taken back to the vet and get tutored again. She said that wasn't possible. Any suggestions?

BOL! Oh Bijou, you poor thing! Banjo is just trying to show you whose boss! Tell your mommy to help you by disciplining him. Although, I still hump things on occasion so I wouldn't take lessons from me! BOL!

geez Bijou - he's not even going for the right end. Is Banjo playing with a full deck??

You'd better tell him who's boss, Bij!

Hi Furiends,

Banjo goes for whichever end he can latch onto. Usually I'm distracted, trying to play fetch for example and next thing I know, I've got a passenger. I do get after him, but he is stubborn. The vet says once all the hormones are gone then he will hopefully settle down and stop riding me.

Oh Bijou! You just need to be patient. Little brothers can be like that! (hehe!)

DawgMom says sometimes it can take up to 6 weeks for tutorin to start workin right. So until then, you need snap at him when he does that, he'll get the idea.

I have never had to deal with that kind of behavior thankfully, at least not at home, at the dog park that's a different story. I hope he calms down soon for your sanity. =)

Oh Bijou,
I hope things get better for you, until then you'll just have to show 'em who's boss!!!

Hi, Bijou!
Yes, you have to be patient! It will take some time until he "understands".
The same happened with my cousin Spike!

Oh Bijou.... we can feel how you feel... Vincent has been behaving the same thing like Banjo for these couple of days, now we are wondering is it because he got neutered?

We are going to ask the Vet for more info and will share with you, ok.

i don't really know what to say about this, because i don't understand any of it - i *am* only three months old, after all...
but my human gets all blushy-faced, but then she remembers something and tells me that it's not what it seems to be - it's got everything to do with "domination".
is that like "domino", human?
*confused*
ah, well, in any case: you have my deepest sympathies, bijou, because siblings shouldn't try to dominate each other, i don't think...

So sorry, Bijou!
I actual hump too, and I'm a girl!!
I think Sienna's right, it's a dominance thing.
Whenever I try it on my friends, my human just pulls me off.

This happens to me sometimes at the dog park and sometimes I go home and try and do it to my daddy. Let me know if you find anything that works for Banjo---I think my mommy and daddy would like some tips.

braw ha ha... when my momster read your post, she was muttering something like "brownie's sprayed (or was it spayed?) but i think she needs some of that tutoring"

Maybe you should hump Banjo on the head and then maybe he'll stop showing you his goodies (well... his one goodie left...) BOL!

Ooh, we are so sorry, Bijou. Mommee says "you should bite him where it counts". We don't know what that means, but it sounds like business.
