Box of Bullies!

Yesterday afternoon I was taking a nap when I heard a noise outside. I barked an alarm and ran to the window. I saw a big brown truck parked in front of the house. I started freaking out to let mom know a man had gotten out of the truck and was walking toward the house. He came up on my porch and pounded on the door, which made me bark even louder. I must have scared him away cause he put a package on my porch table then ran back to his truck and left. Mom still hadn't come to see what I was barking at, so I ran to the kitchen to get her. She finally stopped what she was doing and followed me and Banjo back into the front room. Mom went out on the porch and brought the package inside. She put it on the floor for us to inspect.

Banjo ran over to check out the package.

The little doofus climbed up on it.

I asked mom what was in the package. She told me to open it and find out.

Banjo was willing, so I let him do all the work opening the box.

But when he got the bag of bully sticks out of the box and I tried to take it from him, the little runt started growling at me!

So mom took the bag and made us sit and wait for a treat to be given to us.

Mom offered the first one to Banjo.

But when he didn't take it from her hand, she gave it to me.

Then Banjo got his bully stick.

The rest of the rainy day we chewed our bullies and napped.
