Everyone here has been repeating that phrase for the past three days. Today we finally got our wish. The sun came out and even though it was not very warm, we spent most of the afternoon and part of this evening out in the yard playing. The grass is nice and soft and smells so good that me and Banjo can't keep our noses out of it.
Banjo would wait for me to find a good stick then he'd try to take it from me. He needs to do some more growing before that will happen though.
Cause even if he does get the stick I just take it right back.
Then the little runt has to go tattle to mom that I won't share the sticks with him.
Mom tells him the yard is full of little sticks and wood chips from the flower beds so he should go find one of his own.
I wait for Banjo to get all focused on his stick chomping.
And then I make my move.
It's like taking candy from a baby.
Yeah I know... I'm being mean. But that's what big sisters are for right? It's my job to make little brother tough. Then when he goes out into the big bad world he'll be prepared. Don't worry though. He's my only brother so I take care of him too.

glad you finally got some sunshine... rainy days are very dreary. tank (I hope none of those sticks you were playing with are related to Mr. Stick)
Bijou - I know how much you like to get out into the warm sunshine and your mommy's beautiful yard - so I'm glad mother nature cooperated - You're doing a good job of training Banjo but I worry that he will take over one day soon!
Hi, Bijou!
You are making Banjo's growing process very hard! but I am sure he appreciates it!
Kisses and hugs

Hi Bijou,
I don't think you're mean. Taking sticks are fun. Banjo needs to grow and learn, that's all. No harm done.

Hi Bijou! I have seen you around the blog world so thanks for stopping by my page! I always have room for more friends! You can never have enough friends right?!
I look forward to reading more about you and Banjo!
Hugs and Licks, Bruschi
PS- Mommy says thanks for the kind words. Her leg is healing nicely, although it is still very bruised. considering it was a pit bull that bit her, it could have been a lot worse!
Bijou,
Glad you got some sun in your neck of the woods! It has been BEAUTIFUL where I live! It rained over night but it's sunny again now :P Great job toughening up the little guy!

Heehee, GREAT photos Bijou! We loved seeing the drama unfold... :-)
You two sure do have fun together! Sometimes I wish I had a sister to play with...and sometimes I like being a spoiled only dog!

It has been nice weather here, too! It looks like you both had a lot of fun :)
